Can I bring pieces from my own wardrobe to style with during the session?

Yes! If you have any thing in your wardrobe that you’re unsure of how to style; bring it to the session and we can build outfits around those pieces.

Question 2

Where is the styling session?

Accepted Answer

Your styling session will be hosted in Clothemod’s shop within Sparks; a sustainable department store in Broadmead, Bristol.

Address: 78 Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 3DS.

Youll be able to find Clothemod’s shop on the ground floor next to the Cafe In the centre (spot the orange mannequins!).

What to expect after booking my styling session.

Accepted Answer

Once booking your desired time, you’ll recieve an email with a style form that will ask you all about you and your style dreams. Fill this out as soon as possible because this will allow Meg time to source your perfect capsule wardrobe ready for your arrival. Once you arrive, you’ll get a complimentary coffee/drink of choice from the cafe whilst having a catch up with Meg about any style updates you have. Then you’ll start the fun part; trying on and putting outfits together from your hand selected capsule wardrobe!

Can I buy the clothing in my style capsule?

Yes you can! Meg, ie Clothemod, will send you a payment link.

Question 5

What will I receive in my Style Capsule?

Accepted Answer

All of the content of your style capsule will be second hand clothing and accessories, which is all hand selected by Clothemod from local charity shops.

Question 6

How long does it take for my style capsule to be delivered after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Please allow up to two weeks for your first style capsule to arrive (usually it is much quicker). This is to allow time for your style to be analysed and sourced, and then shipped to you.

How do I update my style info?

Let Meg know before or during your consultation and she will send you a style questionnaire. Fill this out, and voila!

Question 8

Are shoes included in my Style Capsule?

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately not currently. Second hand shoes can come with issues with wear and tear - some dissintergrate! So, for now, shoes are not included.

Question 9

Can I change my size preferences for my style capsule?

Accepted Answer

Yes of course! You can speak with Meg about this or simply fill out the style questionnaire and update your size.

Question 10

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please return your style capsule before the end of your monthly subscription, or you will be charged for the clothing you do not return.
