Once booking your desired time, you’ll recieve an email with a style form that will ask you all about you and your style dreams. Fill this out as soon as possible because this will allow time to source your perfect capsule wardrobe ready for your arrival. Once you arrive, you’ll get a complimentary coffee/drink of choice from the cafe whilst having a catch up about any style updates you have. Then you’ll start the fun part; trying on and putting outfits together from your hand selected capsule wardrobe!

Your styling session will be hosted in Clothemod’s shop within Sparks; a sustainable department store in Broadmead, Bristol. Address: 78 Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 3DR. You’ll be able to find Clothemod’s Style Boutique on the ground floor next to the stairs (spot the orange mannequins!).

After you book a time and day that works for you for your session, you’ll received a confirmation email and a link to the style form which asks you all about your style dreams. You can also create an account on this website where you can ‘Update Style info’. You can also pop into the Clothemod Style Boutique in Sparks, 78 Broadmead, or organise a phone call, for a free consultation.

Yes! If you have any thing in your wardrobe that you’re unsure of how to style; bring it to the session and we can build outfits around those pieces.

Yes! You can book a Duo Styling Session which is tailored for two persons, where you both experience the styling service alongside your friend or loved one. It’s super wholesome!

Yes, this is a very important part of the process and will enable you to get the most out of the session. This gives Meg the information to enable her to source your dream wardrobe ready for your arrival on the day of your session. The earlier you fill this out after booking, the better chance of Meg finding the best fashion for you. If you are unsure about any part of the style form, just pop Meg an email and she can help.

Let Meg know as soon as possible and you can rearrange to another time/day that works for you. Unfortunately, your booking is non-refundable.

Please allow up to two weeks for your first Style Parcel to be sourced, styled and posted. Delivery to you is always DPD Next Day, and you will receive shipping email updates.

On occasion you may receive shoes, however, I cannot guarantee this within each one. Second hand shoes can come with issues like wear and tear - some disintegrate!

All of the content of your Style Parcel will be secondhand clothing and accessories, which is all hand selected and sourced from local Bristol shops, and online marketplaces if I have something specific in mind. There may be footwear included on occasion, however, high quality and clean secondhand shoes are rare to source. I always ensure everything in your Style Parcel are high quality so they can be worn to your hearts content.

Yes you can! I will send you a payment link once your parcel has been received back after your wearing month.

You can update your style info on your account. Simply log on and fill out the style info via ‘Update Style Info’.

Yes of course! You can speak/email me about this, or simply fill out the style questionnaire and update your size via ‘Update Style Info’ on your account.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please ensure that you return your Style Parcel at the end of your wearing month, or you will be charged for the clothing you do not return.
