Once booking your desired time, you’ll recieve an email with a style form that will ask you all about you and your style dreams. Fill this out as soon as possible because this will allow time to source your perfect capsule wardrobe ready for your arrival. Once you arrive, you’ll get a complimentary coffee/drink of choice from the cafe whilst having a catch up about any style updates you have. Then you’ll start the fun part; trying on and putting outfits together from your hand selected capsule wardrobe!
After you book a time and day that works for you for your session, you’ll received a confirmation email and a link to the style form which asks you all about your style dreams. You can also create an account on this website where you can ‘Update Style info’. You can also pop into the Clothemod Style Boutique in Sparks, 78 Broadmead, or organise a phone call, for a free consultation.
Yes, this is a very important part of the process and will enable you to get the most out of the session. This gives Meg the information to enable her to source your dream wardrobe ready for your arrival on the day of your session. The earlier you fill this out after booking, the better chance of Meg finding the best fashion for you. If you are unsure about any part of the style form, just pop Meg an email and she can help.
Due to the unique nature of our secondhand and vintage pieces, in-store purchases are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided items are returned unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition. The benefit of a Styling Session is that you are able to try on everything to see what is right for you. If the clothing has been clearly washed and damaged after purchase, the exchange will be denied. This exchange policy does not include shoes or earrings; these purchases are final.
Unfortunately, Styling Session bookings are final. This is because work goes into preparing your session ahead of the booked time and day. Therefore no refunds will be issued if your session is cancelled. You can reschedule your session via your account, confirmation email or emailing meg@clothemod.com.
