Once purchased, your style parcel will be posted within two weeks to allow time to source and create the perfect outfit for you.

Your style parcel will be sent by next day delivery so that you have the max amount of time to wear it. You pay for delivery to you, and we pay for your return postage at the end of your monthly rental! 

Once you have reached the end of your monthly rental, you can return your style parcel using the free return slip. You will have a deadline date to send this back by, in order for you to receive your next style parcel. 

If you wish to buy any of the items inside your style parcel, simply hold onto them (do not add them into your returning style parcel) and you will then receive an invoice soon after to pay within 30 days.

Price of the style parcel is non-refundable. The cost of each monthly styling parcel includes the styling process and sourcing of the unique second-hand clothing.
